I am inspired by landscapes and flora. They contain mysteries that ask to be uncovered, explored, enhanced—and sometimes not to be trifled with at all. I work from photos, drawings, and the memories I gather. Communicating ideas and feelings about the colors, textures, patterns and surfaces of these places is the soul of my work.
